Spacetime Fairytale
“Spacetime Fairytale” 8×10” oil on linen.
I like imagining how I would make a flower, had I been consulted. Color and form are so fun to play with, and while I adore real flowers, I feel that paint gives me the opportunity to invent something different and new. Borrowing heavily from what already exists, I present “Spacetime Fairytale.”
As an aside, the title comes from a Regina Spektor song which includes a favorite lyric of mine: “Each time a theory proves/ The mystery just moves.”
